AGE CLASSIFICATION (sportngin.com)

If you are a high school player that is not able to try out on November 5th due to WVSSAC guidelines, EPAN encourages you to register for tryouts ASAP. 

Per WVSSAC, player PARENTS are able to register, receive, and accept/deny offers from a club on behalf of the student athlete.  Once an offer has been accepted, EPAN will not have any additional communication with the parents and athletes until the WV high school season is over to ensure participation eligibility is not jeopardized.  

Online Registration

1.  Fill out the tryout registration (linked at the top of this page) or on our home page.

2. The tryout cost is $20 (plus $1.60 online processing fee) if form is completed online.  We encourage early registration so that our coaches have time to prepare.

3. Bring a copy of everything below.  If you do not have these items your player will not be able to participate.

• Completed CHRVA Medical Release Form
• CHRVA membership card
  • This memberships is required in order to participate. If you would prefer, there are options that cover tryouts only and can be upgraded if selected by a team.  You may purchase this membership by selecting the link below:
• A copy of your child's birth certificate

In Person Registration

1.  Fill out the tryout registration form upon arrival at tryouts.

2.  The tryout cost is $25 if you have not preregistered online. We encourage early registration so that our coaches have time to prepare. All tryout fees are cash/check the day of tryouts.

3. Bring a copy of everything below.  If you do not have these items your player will not be able to participate.

We usually do 8-10 tournaments (2 day tournaments count as 2 tournaments, not one). We start practice in mid December and tourneys start in January through the end of April. We do three 2 day tourneys in Morgantown WV,  Inwood WV and we end our season in Virginia Beach!  All other single day tourneys are within a hour to 1.5 hours away. All players are to provide their transportation to and from tournaments. Hotel costs are not included in the player's fees.
